ferous, I agree does seem pricey but the 400 plus inserts I am getting for my feet later this week makes it all seem worthwhile! The podiatrist is attempting to re-align my lower body to improve mechanical efficiency and stop me tearing myself apart every time that I attempt to run, also getting pain in the knees and back on the bike. He is quite keen on cycling and we are going to look at bike position in due course.
This latest back pain is caused by sitting awkwardly and I have had it before from driving ( i drive a lot at work ). I had a some work done by physio the day before Wimbleball this year described as a myofascial release procedure, it was painful but enabled me to race , this roller is described as a myofascial release tool!
Shipmates, does anyone have any experience with the rumbleroller TM . As I get older am getting repeat episodes of back pain the latest one from sitting for 3 hours at a Billy Bragg gig in Leeds 2 days ago.
Now, when you can get injured sitting down it's time for action!
This foam roller comes in standard and firm varieties the former being suitable for foam novices. Is that me , a foam novice? I mean how skilled do you need to be? It's not cheap , but is it worth it ?
