the actual events are just the fun bit of training week in week out ( not hard, just at a level that keeps me de-stressed and happy ). Whilst I am impressed by anyone that gives triathlon a go, it's the long stuff that seems impressive, but then when you see ordinary people do ridiculous things I just get this big grin... Eddie Izzard what the hell is that man on , and where can I get some??
