I have just signed up for this race and will be checking it out. I think it's a fairly new event so I wanted to open a thread so we can share some comments on how it went so we can help future runners in their decision making processes.
I am not a big fan of 5k races but will try to make this my first sub 19 min- hopefully it won't be too crowded and impossible to run at a good time.

Kale is great- Ironically I had it a minute ago.. I eat it 3-5 times a week; most likely with brown rice and black beans. Sometimes I cook it with spinach, garlic and add some chilli and olive oil on my plate! Hungry again!
