I don't follow any special training plan.. I just try to become a bit faster on the miles I fix for each week. I try to do one mile extra every week, every two weeks at the most.
I'm 31. I don't feel old, but experienced somehow. Maybe it is because I was living abroad for several years and changed locations a lot..
@ Iain Moore: Yes, 20 miles sounds good, but I didn't mention the time it took me to do it. Actually, it took me 4 hours 40 min.! My time goal for Berlin is 4 hours...
I'm doing Berlin this year. I will stay in a small one-bedroom appartment near Tiergarten. I can recommend this website:
