I would suggest you try a couch to 5k thingy. The best out there is the NHS one. Type it in google it comes strainght. Up its brilliant cause it interspreses walking with running so your not just totally running. Becareful what and when you eat before you go running aswell hun.

Hi Sarah,

Tenhd to agree with what most other people are saying. Your school if they are gd and in into sports should be able to help you out a huge amount. Somone suggested to me the NHS couch to 5k plan which since ive checked out and it lks brilliant so i think im going to give a go. Also if your parents would let you check out local running clubs. They sometimes accept younger ones and it would help encourage you plus you would get the chance to make new friends.

Well done for starting and gd luck. Keep us informed how you get on. xx
