ive gotta get up the hill first ha ha ive had plenty of  advice from the norfolk mountain rescue  team on how to run up hills yeah  right boy!!!

hi all norfolk boy here yep its gonna be a cold one but we should all be used to the naff weather by now so lets just enjoy it and have a giggle . trail shoes have given me heel problems so ill be using my trusty asics so no laughing when i fall on my arse , allister ive  done blackpool and at the  stations they handed out fizzy lucozade its just wrong if u ask me . 

hi mate norfolk boy here so what do you reckon trail trainers for march 10th then is it mud a plenty on them there hills ?

hi all would love to come and have a run saturday but its a bit of a trek from sunny norfolk so im staying here and training on the tiny norfolk mounds ha ha and keeping the 10th of march hills as a surprise i cant wait .

hi phil what have i let myself in for there aint many hills in kings lynn to prepare but im hoping ill get it done and make it marathon number 9 did want to get to 10 before im 40 in april but hey ho so ill sneak another 1 in at the end of april as my bruv who now lives in bolton says ill be reet !!
