At the moment I'm starting back running, and running every other 3 days at moment to brake in slowly.
I go running with my dog from the house around the village for at least 30 mins, but not constant running. I'm looking to loose weight and get fit.
Thank you all for the diet tips, i shall righr it down on my note book and go from there, and make a diet up for my self for all the info you ladys and gentlmaen have given me.
