Every now and again on your runs shake your arms loose; and lift your shoulders up round your ears and let them drop. Also rolling your shoulders helps too. Anything to stretch them out and get them moving.
Hi all. I'm attempting my first ever ultra the London 2 Brighton 100km Challenge in May 2014. Not only is this a big enough challenge on it's own but I also suffer from ME. Ten years ago my daily exercise was ten yards with two sticks. Though I still suffer from fatigue and pain every day I've been working hard to keep setting goals to aim for. This is my biggest yet.
