EG I'm sure you'll be fine with all the running ha ha ha, and come on you watchers sign up, 3 medals you could use this as a warm up for your marathon, maybe warm up not such a good phrase ha ha |

I guess that caters for the person who gets cold feet so to speak, which is understandable as we all have different levels of tolerance and if you sign up, turn up and then are actually concerned, I think its really saying its not a problem, I'm sure you'd be inspired to try it mike give it a go! | |
