They're a waste of money.

abs are 90% diet. you need 12% or less bodyfat to see them. Eat healthily, control your calorie intake and exercise.

To develop the muscles do crunches.

Pixmania is cheapest for the 110 currently (104.99), but not by much compared to Amazon and i think Amazon is more reliable (112.99).

 

For an extra £40 you can get the 410 with HRM. Personally, that's what I'd go for if you can afford the extra.

I like my Gore gloves. Tight fit and warm, bit more expensive than most though.

Berghaus Power Stretch Beanie (other similar beanies are available...)

 

Warm and thin so can be worn under helmets (cycling, I don't own a running helmet) and hoods easily.

410 owner here. Very happy with both it and the Garmin online software. I'd recommend it over the 2-- models and on current prices it's a bargin.
