Hi all,

I'm in need of advice, last year i used to get really back lower back pain mostly on the right side so about 7 months ago i got orthotics specially made for me an for the past 7 months they have worked wonders. But the pain in my lower back seems to have started up again even thought i havn't changed anything the way i do in the past 7 months.

Is there any reason why this could be happening?
