| We have a very active Facebook page for the Moonlight Flit (and our other night race the Wild Night Run. See http://www.facebook.com/wildnightrun. We've also just posted the course map & profile showing the three tough hills http://app.strava.com/activities/49381527 |

OK fair point. To be honest I already waste quite enough time on forums and Facebook groups but just don't happen to use this one (and not out of lack of interest in running or triathlon). Still slightly puzzled that Duathlons are so exponentially less popular than triathlons given that about 2/3rds of all triathletes I know seem to dread the swim. |

| Anyone doing the Dartington Duathlon? A brand new event in the South West between Exeter and Plymouth? We've worked out a great course which is the exact sprint distances of 5k run, 20k bike, 2.5k run (first run tarmac & gravel, rolling bike course on smooth tarmac, second run off-road We still have some spaces left. http://www.dartingtonduathlon.co.uk Also love to know whether people would prefer a longer distance event (10k, 40k, 5k). We may offer both options and a team category next year. |
