I am new to running. I have done a 5k run. I have been doing a running club for 3 weeks. And I am planning on doing it as soon as possible but hopefully either Easter of 2013 but more likely summer of 2013.
Would I be able to do te training if I did it in the summer of 2013?
What sort of stuff would be good?
Well, this is where I need help. I am not exactly sure what I need and where I will get it.
