Hi, Im new Used to run on a good ol' boring treadmill years ago but i burried that, put on 3 stone and now need to get back in my running shoes again. I have recently in the past few months discovered.....THE GREAT OUTDOORS!!! And love it! I tend to run distance on the weekend and during the week "maintenance" runs. But im restarting/rebuilding my fitness and my first 5k on saturday so im getting there slowly! Hope everybody is well? Cheers for now
