Does anyone suffer from post nasal drip and know how to manage it? the past few months it's really started to get on my nerves and affects my breathing pattern having to constantly clear my throat, it's not to great for my training buddies to listen to either. Is there anything I can take for it which wont give me any side effects and get in the way of my training. Thanks for any help guys.
I'm quite new to this so please forgive me if this sounds rather naive. I wear support shoes for training but I also own some Puma Faas which are really light, could I wear these for races such as 10ks etc? or would I be doing some damage? Thanks for any advice any of you can give.
