My lower back hurts too. Core strength exercises makes sense. Doesn't help that I am prone to sciatica aswell!

Mine's on, has been for a while really, about 6 weeks! But my house is really small so I can put it on for a couple of hours & then the house is boiling, so not os bad. I'm always cold (apart from when I'm out power-walking!) so it's slippers, fleecy socks and plenty of layers for me, heating or no heating!

Actually, the licence fee is worth it in its entirety for The Thick of It.

I agree, yet I watch it on iPlayer. I've had no TV for two years now and watch what I want, when I want on catch up. Mostly about 10 regular series and the odd documentary on 4oD. I'd never go back to having a telly, although like others when I first stopped my licence I had months of faff with them thinking I was avoiding payment. They stopped bothering me eventually!

Morning everyone, sorry haven't read back.

Lovely walk this morning after a solid night's sleep-haven't had one of those for a few weeks now so I was relieved when I woke up and it was daylight outside!

Baking soda bread today, then a quick tidy of the house before landlord inspection this avo.

Hi everyone, hope all your weekends are good.

Just been out for a 25 minute power walk, very warm for the time of year here! Really pleased as I have done 9.5km in total this week, an average of 8m 59s per km.

Have worked this morning, also proud that I can do some exercise after my shift now, whereas when I started back at work every single shift would tire me out.

Lamb chops & roast veg for tea.

Time to chill out now. The question is, catch up TV or reading?

Well done with everyone's latest races/runs
