Hello everyone, sounds like training is going great for you guys and gals
I am so happy at the moment, i struggle with swimming but had some lessons over the last few months which helped huge amounts.
Before last night i have never swam more than 1300 metres without stopping but i managed to get up the lake last night and swam 6 laps non stop which was just over 4K in 1 hour 27 minutes.
Im over the moon so now its just the bike and run to sort out

1900m in the lake last night and hour cycle (30 minutes there, 30 back) Was hard work with a massive bag on my back and a wet wetsuit.
MrsD - got a few small tri's planned but main 2 are cotswold 113 and outlaw (if the issues i had havent messed up my chances)
MrsD - Yes all free of injury at the moment, little niggle in my foot but nothing major. Back on the plan this week.
Tuesday, 1 hour run, 1 hour swim, Wednesday, 45 min cycle 15 min brick run
Off for a 1 hour cycle to the lake tonight for a swim aswell. I do love training injury free, makes it much more enjoyable
