I have been having lessons every 3 weeks. To be honest i havent had to change much, The biggest change so far is to move my arms and higher knees.
I do use a roller every few days between my runs etc. I having lessons at present to improve my running form so the changes are just adding to the stress to the legs aswell.
Ill start doing a little warm up before this week and see if this improves
Just a quick question as what you do do as a warm up before going for a run. i suffer from tight calves and anything that would help would be great. I dont really do a warm so that is not helping
