Why do you need an electrolyte drink? Why not try a few long runs without taking any additional electrolyte drinks, salt tablets or any other commercially promoted product?.... just drink a little water when you feel thirsty.
Our bodies are biologically designed for endurance running, as long as you're eating a healthy diet they have eveything they need to regulate themselves during long-term exercise. There is no scientific evidence that suggests otherwise.
Water and dates, that's all I use. Nature knows best.
