TD regarding training plans , i followed my own made up plan last year , I tried official plans before but they always seemed to be too inflexible
I'll spend the next few weeks looking at a new plan prob four/five runs a week and two nights x twerking to get my booty in shape for the on course live music

Tough race , I think I got silver (sub 4:15) 4:07:59 but it was the hardest race I've ever had ,, brutal at times
I'd like to say never again , but id be lying
