Jimbob all the way -... and i'm planning to put Scoot through his paces!
I think you'll find Scoot has left the building and is now crying into his soya milk at the thought of getting put through his paces ,,, is this all because i ,,, err I mean he kissed you at that last get together ???
Welcome leggy to a great event and a great virtual support network ,your in safe hands ,
There was a discussion about midweek long tempo runs and I'm a convertered fan now , getting your body used to marathon paced runs is one thing I've been lacking in my previous two marathon attempts ,,
Ten miles completed last night before today's storms , hope everyone has or had a safe run today ,,
Let's be careful out there !!!
Very wise Kaz , it's about responding to your body and knowing when it's not right to continue a run ,
I'm into Week two of training and after two weeks of no sugar ( apart from 4 cans of coke on Friday night ) I have completed my four runs this week , 32 miles total mileage , new park run course pb yesterday , 12 mile LSR this morning and feeling good afterwards
It's all going to plan so far
My plans are
Sunday LSR starting at ten miles
Tuesday - strides and hill session
Wednesday - midweek marathon paced 10 or 12 miler
Thursday - core stability fitness class
Friday - swimming
Saturday - park run for speed work
Kaz - your kaz ,, that determination of yours got you that sub four
Sugar is back tomorrow because I worked out I never had any sugar on the Sunday and only a cuppa cappachino on the Saturday morning ,,
I'm back on the hard stuff tomorrow , but I'm cutting right down to two bags a day
