Hello everybody.

Glad to see you're all here and going well (mostly).

Nice work in Rio H.

Welcome to 40+ CA.

KK - hope your new job is going well.

Tri-Wabo - go for it!

Kinsey - good luck with injury.

Alex - Hello!

It's been a long month for me in Madrid. Long hours, some very hot weeks, very few runs and a fair few air miles! and even the occasional night out!
Hopefully this lack of running is temporary and I can get things back on track now as I have a week off - WooHoo! Fighting off a bit of a cold now but should be running by Wednesday....

Hello everybody,

17 days H? no problemo for an hombre of your saliva surely. Are running thongs mandatory for the Rio marathon?

CA - yes.

Alex, sounds like fun.....

KK - Hey Hey....probably better you gave up and got a job...you were never going to beat my 22 months. Well done.

I think I am reluctantly going to have to try and change into an early morning runner. It's been 28 degrees and humid at 10pm in Madrid this past week whilst only 20 at 8:30am.....bit of a no brainer really.

Enjoyed a couple of runs in the Retiro park in the centre of Madrid this week which was nice. Lot's of Spanish runners there too even at 10pm but I guess this is not too suprising.

Kinsey - take it easy.......
