Lots of stretching and a good Pilates instructor! Have had Low back pain following a hilly off road race but more so at left sacroiliac joint.has now been 3 months since I ran , very frustrating when it's something that means a lot to you and miss it when not able to do it. However getting better and hope to be out on the trails and roads again in the new year. Still getting Physio which is a help and encouraging, also recommend swimming . Keeps you sane if all else fails for now!
