I'm 6 months and my boyfriend recently bought me a top and leggings from this site www.fittamamma.com for Christmas.
I was going to get a bump band but my sister advised me against it- she said hers was a nightmare and kept moving all over the place.
The clothes that I got from fittamamma have support built into them so I think they'll be great when my bump gets a bit bigger. Hope this helps!

I think that I have definitely been judged for exercising during pregnancy!
On my morning run last week I had a delightful busy body say that I was being selfish!
I think too often people think that mums running or exercising is due to vanity, when there is so much more to it than that!
It's so frustrating!
There is a similar thread on this forum too  http://www.fittamamma.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=17&sid=10996bbd3c7b9260a8392fd1e1191e52

My sister is a runner too and she was very nervous about running after she found out she was pregnant. She started off with power walks though and took it from there.
She says that exercise helped her to have a much healthier pregnancy than with her first.
I'm trying to follow in her footsteps and have been trying to get out there and run- it's hard sometimes though!

I've been running throughout my pregnancy and yes, my boobs started to get quite sore.
I've bought some new running stuff from www.fittamamma.com  though and they definitely support my boobs better than the bra I wore before, plus they kind of grow and stretch with your body, so you don't have to buy a new sports bra every week!

My sister ran throughout most of her pregnancy, I think she switched to swimming for the last month or so. She and baby were fine!

I've been running through my pregnancy (I'm 5 months) and I'm doing ok. I ran 10k at 8 weeks after chatting to my doctor and things were fine.
Could you talk to a doctor or midwife?
Maybe check the NHS site for advice, I found some good stuff here too  http://www.fittamamma.com/
