Any obsessive types might feel the urge to order by predicted time, or name. I have a half coming up this weekend so should really predict after that but if I was to run it tomorrow I'd run at 3.15 pace. Should be faster than my last in 2011. Good luck with the final long runs, tune up races and tapers. Great to hear info about the drinks etc. I need to practice with the pouches if I can get some.
Why would you listen to a bunch of strangers if you're not going to listen to the medical advice you've been given? How do we know if it's going to sort the problem? Best try it I say but you don't have to take that advice either. Good luck.
