Oh right cool. Well done you getting a place. Read your report on VLM, you seemed to have had a horrific time so well done for getting through it and be proud of yourself, you're no quitter.

Wow mark, you went through the wars, well done for sticking in and completing. Great effort and at least you can say you finished it, mo farah chucked it at half way.... Lol

Well done Georginagem, a great time and a fantastic amount for your charity.

I'm feeling fine, not too sore and will defo be in the ballot come Monday. I loved it and so far raised around ??1600 for breast cancer care. Happy days!

well done rakhee, you certainly won the mental battle by not quitting and getting through that in so much dis-comfort, massive credit and you,ve got the medal,ENJOY IT because you earned it.

well i loved it, i completed in 4.35.29 which im delighted about. had hoped for sub 4h30 but to be within 5-6 mins of it is great and think my training went 99% to plan!

ran the perfect race until mile 21 but by that time the sun and warmth was just draining me and as you know we,ve trained in rubbish weather for the last 5 months i slowed down too much and it became a mental battle for the last few miles but i knew i was always going to finish it.

afterwards went back to the charity after party and had a well earned massage and some food and drinks. legs not too bad today, maybe tomorrow will be worse!

ballot opens on monday and yes my name will be in there!
