Why do you run? Maybe runnings not your thing. Exercise is health and should be a part of your daily life. I love running because I love to run. There are things that help to motivate a person like racing and the social aspects of running and racing. But, mostly you have to enjoy the simple act of running. There are alot of other good activities to keep you healthy. Maybe you should alternate sports activitities throughout the year. Also, you could join a running club. It's great to have others to talk to on those runs.
