Before I had knee surgery I had great benefit using a food supplement gel called FLX. Maybe it can help you too. |

| Hi I'm 43, run every day and feel great! Untill two years ago I was feeling very tired, stiff and slow in recovery. A friend of mine gave me nutritional advice, since then I'm taking daily multivitamins, anti-oxidant and Omega3, all of them in gel (www.agel.com) and feel great |

I had surgery six months ago for both ACL and meniscus. I'm back on the road now! A good gym with proper staff will help you tailor your workout before and after surgery. The meniscus though might cause you some problems before surgery...I'm also using a food supplement to help cartilage preservation, good luck! It's a long journey but it's worth it! |

Is anyone taking food supplements regularly, other than extra energy intake? |
