A strange run tonight, my left leg felt awesome strong and straight and my hips in line (first time for a long time, i think it was the massage where she worked it alot). My right leg which normally feels stronger felt weaker, so need to work on that one next time i think. If i can get both legs like my left (besides running around in circles) i would be very happy.
No niggles, no aches, all very good overall. Yeah it was only 5km, but it felt nice.
