Yes been out today and did a 15km LSR, was hot hot hot today.
I like those paces, should be tough and challenging
Agreed on the runs, the Mens Health is a fun event only, the 10km night run I was thinking about a PB, but I think you are right, marathon is the aim, so no heroics but I would like to get close to my PB, maybe between 58 and 60 mins.
The Marathon is definately my aim (it does scare the hell out of me) and 10km PB in Manchester would top it off nicely.
I think four runs or three and cycling is fine, will probably switch and run if raining, and cycle if dry. Saves cleaning the bike hehehe.
I assume we are building a nice base to work on the marathon distances and paces.
Please keep in touch with me and I will post my efforts on here as to how I feel and keep it up to date on Garmin.
