Agree Andi, always best to get things checked out. Overall I feel more healthy than I did when I was 20 at present. OK I wouldn't want to play football again like I used to but overall I have a far superior fitness level now - didn't have to do much being a goalkeeper, just bend down now and again hehehe.
Hopefully you are repairing, maybe just an injury that will repair and you can get back to your running, seems like a stress fracture or something?
What I don't know is what events and running you usually do.How did you get into helping me, why did you want to do it and how did you learn how do it and learn how to put the plan together, what experience do you have at it? I would be interested to know because it seriously has worked for me.
