Was swimming ok with a bad glute? If so I might try it myself.
Feeling stronger again today, very minimal pain now and only when I over stretch.
I am ready to run, but will just hold off for a day or two now and then get back to it, with another health check run.
Where do I go after that, as now 2 weeks since my last proper run.
big improvement today on my glute/hip issue. Hopefull i will be back sooner than feared now.

my concern is putting weight on, i got down to a nice level, i just dont want to be fat again lol.
Also i never thought i would miss running, but i am missing the "me" time with no stresses.

Well woke up this morning with a sore bum LMAO.
Glute is not great and still needs to be rested. But at least time the ache is more concentrated and i can feel where the strain is.
Feel really down today.
yeah i got a cheap one, that i occassionally use.
A massage is needed though i think.
