Didnt make it last night as daugthers birthday, so going tonight.
8km Easy run done, all ok stamina wise. Felt my other knee tighten at 6.5km so stopped the watch walked for 100m, then it was fine after that so ran the remainder and no issues today.
Tempo on Wednesday.
16km done yesterday. Lap 5 and 8 were slow as i got pins and needles in my right foot. Keep getting that. So walked a little until they had gone.
Cool, i was trying to keep the pace steady.
This weekend is a weird one for me as one of my daughters birthday party on Monday, and we are out on Sunday and i have a drive tonight.
I will be doing my LSR on Saturday instead of Sunday and moving Fridays run to Monday.
Having built up my distance I am working on the Manchester Marathon in April.
I need to do core strength exercises and I do a little.
The question is how much should I be doing? Two or three times a week? 10 minutes as session? Less or more?
