Starting from scratch again. Had a go at couch25 last December. Did about 6 runs then came the snow(didn't mind) resulting in icy pavements for 2 weeks by which time I faded away...... very bad I know.
Anyway am going out tonight to start again and wanted opinions.
Would it best for me to follow couch to 5 or just to go out and run for as long as I can (slowly) and walk when I am not running for about 5k or 30mins.
I realise different methods suit different people, but just wondered how you all began.
