Hi all back on just been reading all the comments and appreciate the good comments people made about my debut marathon,thanks everyone. hope to be back in training soon once i am free from my injury.

Hi Shades just read your msg,still not been running properly have been to the doctors and he is booking me in for some physio,my back is a little better but just getting really painfull aching pains am on tablets. getting frustrated a little but suppose just have to be patient and see how the physio goes. As to what i want to do nxt not really sure at the minute as dont know when i will be able to train properly.

Thanks Shades me aswell,its a bit frustrating especially when the weather is fairly decent at times ) am sure it wont take me long to get back into shape once i get going.

Hi All first day back on the forum for a few weeks,completed my first marathon in manchester last month,loved every minute off it and completed it in 3 hrs 13 min,have been out injured since and not really been able to run have had a massive blow out so my first proper run back out again could be a killer )
