Hi its been a while since I was last on here I did my first marathon last year and loved every minute off it through the gruelling sweat and pain. I didn't run for 5 months after that due to injury I started back up towards the end of 2013 but wasn't enjoying it so stopped for a while. I have started up again and slowly starting to find myself enjoying it again after a few 5/6 mile runs so my goal for this year is to get fit again and enjoy it like I used to and aim for running events towards the end off the year
Hi Shades just read your msg,still not been running properly have been to the doctors and he is booking me in for some physio,my back is a little better but just getting really painfull aching pains am on tablets. getting frustrated a little but suppose just have to be patient and see how the physio goes. As to what i want to do nxt not really sure at the minute as dont know when i will be able to train properly.
Hi All first day back on the forum for a few weeks,completed my first marathon in manchester last month,loved every minute off it and completed it in 3 hrs 13 min,have been out injured since and not really been able to run have had a massive blow out so my first proper run back out again could be a killer )
