Felt a bit of a twinge in my knee during a stretch yesterday morning. Went for a run yesterday evening. When I came back I felt a bit of pain on the outside of my left knee below the kneecap. Did a bit of stretching and rolling of the ITBs. When I woke up this morning there was a bruise in the area that had been sore. Any thoughts?
Hi, I've been running for a few years in the Nike Pegasus range with non-custom orthotic insoles as I have fallen arches. I'm considering more xc and/or track running so thinking about spikes. Are there any decent neutral spikes that allow you to insert a custom insole? Or any with high arch support?
I've been out of running for about 3 or 4 weeks now with a groin strain. Have been to the physio and back there again next week. My question is how will I know when I'm ready to start running again? Should there be no pain / tenderness at all or is it normal to have mild pain or twinges when getting back into running (due to lack of exercise or from all the stretches I've been doing)
