I read the usig the sprinters style(forefoot strike) may not be the best technique for mid-long distance on the roads because it puts more pressure on the achilles.Show I try a more flat footed strike to try to solve Achilles issues
That's what I mean screamarpillar.Is extra cushioning there to protect joins more than a a thin cushioned one like the Adios for example as opposed to fat old cushon you'd get on something like the Nimbus.So if you suffer from aches and pains like achilles,calf strains,knee problems you don't want a racer type shoe then?The thing is they aren't as light or don't feel as fast,but I suppose you have to compensate somehow
