Lalli - I've just received my number in the post this morning. I'm sure yours will turn up too. But even if it doesn't turn up, I'd be very surprised if you couldn't pick up a number up on the day.
I've ordered shoes from them twice (mainly because they were still selling an older Asics model which my local running shop didn't have anymore) and had good service both times. Shoes arrived 1 or 2 days after placing order.
