As comaring with running,swimming is an excellent exercise for improving the flexibility and function of your muscles and the water "protects participants from muscle and bones problems," . |

I also started my triathlete training last year and will be going for my first attempt coming year.Learning how to swimming doesn't have to be boring or traumatic but can actually be many fun, if the right strategy to diving training is used.I recently learning the butterfly stroke. |

Where is the pain? If it is in the joints of the foot then it is likely gouty arthritis. If it on the bottom of the foot or the heel then it is probably plantar fasciitus. If it is a radiating discomfort or your skin hurts to contact it might be a blood vessels clog from bad movement. |

Swimming is a sport that is not natural to everyone. Walking, running, biking, all of these are quite easy to master, however, it takes some coordination and stamina to learn how to swim and to top it all off, before we improve our swim technique, we all have a different swimming style based on our physical ability which makes it that much more challenging.Just get some lessons in and learn the right technique and then go from there. pool supplies |
