Indo77 sound advice there from Ricky in my first marathon I ran on the back of an injury missed lot of my long runs but still set out to do good time at 15mile the wheels fell off and I crawled home over 4hrs. Why don't you follow the 3.45 pacer till 15mile and if your feeling good run on . No matter what happens you still have a PB and maybe a more enjoyable marathon .
