I don't think I'll be going fast enought to worrk about a drag force, maybe one day though.
I've always run in any whatever t-shirt is on the top of the pile on the floor in my bedroom, but I've just bought some running tights. i also got a some running shirts (as they're reflective).
I got a skin tight one and a loose one, both are comfortable.
I wondered why one might choose one over the other?
Is it just to show off a ripped gut, or hide a more cusioned gut or is there more than that?
As above, does the idea of "Keeping the muscles ticking over" by a few small, slow runs hold any merit?
