Right, I did it. Now for two next week as opposed to one every other week as I've been doing since cutting down.
Columba - I'm not supposed to be training for anything which is why I came off three/four runs in a week. There was some pressure to give up altogether which I did mention on here a while back and cutting down the distance and thus the time out was part of the deal and alternating 2 per week and 1 a week was also part of the deal, but it ain't working as I'm now over half a stone heavier than I have been since I shed a stone and a half when I first took up running.
Surely saying the robin looks cross is a bit anthropomorphic?
Tomorrow's the day I plan to run. At present I'm doing three 3-mile runs every two weeks but my weight is going up and up so I'm considering changing to 2 each week. It'll be interesting to see if that changes anything. I'll let you know.
