Keeping the genes at bay - or should that be jeans? Both actually, I definitely don't run in jeans.
JJ - I run 3 times a week, although I miss one occasionally. You get flexibility though, if you miss one day you can do the next instead. I do 5, 6, or 7miles sometimes one of each and if I do 3 the same it's always 5s, as this week. I can't call it training though, indeed it's not meant to be. It's purely cosmetic - preserving the waistline. I nearly lost it once but not since I've been running regularly.
