I was back at the time you posted but I was in the shower then had to get this together and send a text to Angela who's staying for a few days with Alison our older daughter whose husband is away on business and she needs the company, poor thing. Anyway it's odds on that JJ hasn't seen it yet, so for him it's as I said. That slow last fraction of a mile was due to having to retrieve my shorts that were falling down. They're an old pair that I haven't worn for some time and now I seem to remember why! They're due for the chop after this exhibition, if you'll pardon the expression.
JJ - I shall be needing some persuasive powers at 4:30 tomorrow morning to get myself out running. I don't yet know how far - anything from 3 to 7 miles I guess. 3's too short and 7's too long, so it's 4, 5, 6, or nothing. If I awake too late... I leave you to guess. If you don't check in till morning it'll be faitaccompli.
Slower yet slower still. You all must get bored looking at these hopeless numbers; I console myself with thinking you probably don't look at them anyway. I'm just pleased that by God's grace I'm still doing it.
