Yes they are my paintings. If you're out of the painting habit pick up your brushes and just splosh about. Amazing things can happen that way and there's no pressure. You don't need to draw first despite what most of the instructors say. It can be helpful, of course, but get used to just making marks and them inspire you with what they look like. Get used to that and then you'll know when you want to sketch something out first. Don't try to copy photographs but use them for reference and inspiration by all means.
What was I saying about 5s not being up to much? HR hardly varies but the pace goes up and down a bit, and wherever did that 12:30 come from? Mind you that last mile is mostly downhill and I wasn't pushing it, honest. I just haven't got it in me these days. I've basically got 2 speeds, slow and a bit slower, sometimes I think I might manage even slower still, but I'm not sure.
