You can download a free training app "My Asics" which we find good, it works out your schedule and the pace you need to do your training runs at, then e-mails you to make sure you have done it !
If your phone has GPS it will also map your run, just set the app away, stick your phone in your pocket and off you go!
We will (training permitting) also be at Manchester this year

Also Edinburgh Half and GNR later in the year and doing the Hogsmill Ladies at the end on April (jokes on a postcard) if anyone fancies a nice gentle 5 miler??
