Anyone know if the Nike 10k in Richmond Park in on for this year. I keep hearing rumours that the park authorities will only allow 1 run per year and the Brasher 10k yesterday was it. Anyone know the answer? Quite frankly, they should close the roads and run an event of some kind in Richmond Park every week!! Thanks.
Did this for the first time today. Thought it was a pretty tough course, more hilly than undulating - though what went up, did come down...eventually. Thelong single file uphill track was a killer, as was the hill 1/2 a mile before the end. I must admit to a 45 second walk there. Glad to finish. A good event, well marshalled (thanks!) and a decent T-shirt.
