My personal experience of Sherborne was good I thought the organisation was ok except for the start with the roads being full, luckily the fog descended and saved the day. The swim was no probs for me I didn't bang into anybody coming the other way and was pleased with my time, I've heard rumours of the swim being short as well. Muddy waters - its lake in the UK - as if I care if I can see the bottom or not, all I'm looking for is clear water in front of me. I asked Ron Thorn at the end about the distances he told me they did GPS on the run & swim and they were bang on ??!!!
You need to be at 100 its the best speed for running of the bike, if you are pushing a gear and it less than 90-95 the gear is too big - efficency is the key word.
