John good luck with the advice, if it doesnt work go see a physio/osteo/ chiropracter who either runs or know about running. They can tell you if you have a long leg, unbalanced muscle problems, odd gait etc. Sorry Last Place but that method is very unreliable. Everyone has wonky shoulders as we all have a dominant side with more muscle bulk.

Good luck x

I got a 6 month cat one year. He found me actualy. His owners kept him outside all the time - so cold his food froze. So he came and adopted me till the week before xmas I asked his owners if I could keep him. The were over the moon. Were going to have him put down as they did not want him! So now I have a very happy, rather thick, fat black cat who is lovely.

That and the batman car which fired 'real' rockets from the back. V cool.
