can't agree with any of this

i think vest wearing is what gives running a bad name

i have noticed a significant increase in the number of "keep those legs up!" comments i recieve when wearing a vest rather than a t-shirt to a five percent level

since costco has started to concentrate on lucasade (spelt incorrectly, please don't correct) i'm wondering if anyone knows anywhere i can buy at a cheap price the half litre gatorade drinks online

the start of the race was a bit weird and i wasted quite a lot of energy dodging people.
but ignoring this i was doing miles between 7.10 to 7.25.

towards the end the miles were about 7.50 and i even got overtook by two people doing a three legged race.

i came in at 1hour39 which is slightly slower than the treadmill, but i did go a bit further.

you'll all be interested to hear that my knee hurts.
