Had 2nd arthroscopy in 14 months for cartlidge footy injury. now have severe patella tendonitis throughout entire tendon. No physio has worked. Have been advised to total rest for at least 6 months ! ! Cant even walk up a flight of stairs without pain! Ibuprofen, ice etc etc, Any ideas anyone ??? Please feel free to e-mail me
