I was at the track last night and was told that the race is now full.

There was no ice cream van in situ (not surprised with the weather) this time and anyway too cold for a 99.

Very pleasant run given decent conditions. I'll be running this tomorrow but at a sedate pace

Trafford's not slated yet but usually early September -as well as Spring -this year late Feb.

Due to nagging injuries I was marshalling this year at top of hill before 7km -hope u all enjoyed it
