I really hope it goes ahead in future years.

Been injured on and off for the best part of two years now.

Every time I think it is sorted it comes back again (patello femoral pain syndrome)

I'm just starting up again gradually but this time I'm finding it really hard to come back from injury. I've completely lost my running fitness and I'm a beginner again.

I'm just plodding along and keeping the faith now.

Luis,

Do you want me to advertise the race for you on ukresults.net ? It's free and a lot of UK runners use it.

Hi Kat,

Don't want to alarm you but I've had this problem on and off for nearly 2 years. It took ages for it to be diagnosed, doctor, x-ray, pysiotherapist, 2 podiatrists. Every time I think it's sorted it comes back to get me.

I'm starting up again gradually in the hope of being able to do an ultra in Spain in october. Not doing Edinburgh.

Best of luck to you.

I've decided I'm going in for some positive thinking.

My knee wil be OK and I'm going to enter.

Moe, did you go to that restaurant again up by St Teresa's gate, the one with the huge chuletones?
