Also don't stress too much about sleep. I used to stress if i could not nod off which made it even worse. if you manage to get a blissful 8 hours then great, if you are tossing and turning all night then don't worry about it, you are not going to fall asleep running
Hi Guys. I am planning to do a few "picnic nights" sessions on box hill over the coming months. Basically we rock up at box hill around 8pm on a friday and then run up and down boxhill (following the picnic marathon course) until sunrise.
Brutal hills and great practice for night running and staying awake for a long time.
There are some details on this facebook group and a poll to see what weeks oyu might be able to do. I hope to do one a month but no reason why someone else couldn't lead.
