I'm in - start list has loads of triathletes on it - we'll all be getting off and doing 10min bricks each day I'm sure!!

Looks like a really great event - see review of day one in last week's cycling weekly (it's on the pendragon website).

Reckon I;ll try improving 5k/10ktimes over the next few months as part of IM training, then a half in Oct and see where that gets me
