Congrats of the PB AgentP. Orbutt - thanks - I AM A RUNNER...Woooohooo
RS - sorry about the hip, sounds like a really good night out though! Go steady and hope to see you in Paris enroute - slap my ass if I'm slowing by all means.
Glorious here today, waiting for the early KO, then rugger than more rugger gotta love no run Saturdays. Made the beetroot smoothy for tonight / tomorrow, reading up on tactics and got all the kit out (BCRC T of course) and hope for a good morning race.
Good luck all you runners out there, go steady you injured and Nodster - sorry to hear about your bereavement. Take it easy, and hope you get to Paris either a runner or supporter.
ha ha, duct tape - I saw Mr Grey on the Graham Norton show last night, never heard of him (Grey chap) or read the book, but will be going to see the film (saw clip of him buying things in DIY shop ) when it shows here at the end of the month.
Tink - your "jog" looked good to me on Connect, I always think I'm more jogger than runner, but always get a tad miffed if some old/fat/lazy/ignorant person refers to me as a jogger!!! LOL
Did my strides this morning, I am so tired. Am giving it a rest tomorrow ready for Sunday's Half. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE
TD - hope you booked on Bookingdotcom and you can change? But really hope you two make it along.
Hi Mike D - can't wait to see you, we have a LOT of catching up to do...! (that will get everyone talking...LOL)
Just went out - still testing the hip - this morning, rain/fog, just kept running, 20k and was feeling just dandy. Didn't take water - something I'm trying out - had one gel and that was it. So no humping a kilo in weight of water for me from now on - let's hope it pays off on Sunday.
