Crikey is it that time already? I don't start my training (P&D too) for another week. I am hoping to crack that 4hour this time. I hope to get up and over 50 miles a week and add in many hills - I say all this now of course.
I have been out for runs most of the days I would usually, and in the heat, even going out in the afternoon to really hot it up. Now I'm sitting at my desk and am freezing after this mornings race, and it's rained for over 24hours. Winter is back!?
Bring on the next race - I am holding out for better than the saucepan this year!
