Well I tried a brick session yesterday (I believe that's the correct term) Swimming - I did mostly freestyle instead of 50/50 with breastroke. and although I had to take 10 second rests between lengths I managed the 24 minutes . The bike bit was fine and rode for an hour but felt wobbly when i finished and I wondered howI i would have got on if i had to run but i felt ok inside a minute. I still didn’t swim more than 2 lengths consecutively by had to remind myself that this was in fact my first week.
I swam for 48 mins last night. I did 2 lengths freestyle and nearly choked on the second length. I then did 1 length freestyle and 1 breaststoke with 30 second recoverys and i attempted 2 lengths freestyle another 2 times the last being the best.
