get an old sock, or a new one if you will, fill it with cat litter (presumably unused) and leave it on the dash ...or you can buy the overpriced equivalent in Helfrauds
Chuggy have you tried pilates ? I would also advocate some propreoception exercises (other wise known as standing on one leg) that may help to strengthen whilst in rehab ??
I actually ran today, I havent run since the 21st December which was a day or two before I met Luigi ...it wasnt fast, it wasnt pretty but it was very nice to be out, a lovely trot round Tring Park with some stunning views on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Bit frosty/frozen in parts so near perfect conditions!
