Alison, as a 65year old who hates hills, this course isn't so bad. Hills tend to be long drags rather than steep inclines.
If you have been putting in the miles during your recovery this could be a good run to test your progress.
Good luck ..
Hi Can anyone advise me on the course profile for this run? I am trying to get back into running after a fairly lengthy lay off as a result of a virol infection. Looking for a 10 miler but still lacking confidence to tackle big hills.
Would appreciate any advice from previous runners.. Thanks
Hi everyone. Sorry to late in joining the discussions but can anyone give me some idea of what to expect in the way of hills, flat etc. Already entered and starting to get worried that 30k sounds a long way - - even when training for a marathon.
