Enjoy the rollers..........

10.22m for me mostly off road and eating flies, but just so nice to be in the countryside....

All a tad manic here with work etc....

Take care all

Netley 10k in 38:17, a new course best there, so very happy, 52nd overall, splits let you know where the incline was on every lap, 4:00, 3:44, 3:44, 3:55, 3:48, 3:42, 3:56, 3:47, 3:45, 3:44 and 0:08 for the last bit, Jnr knocked out a 29th place with 36:57....

Bizare that I can run faster in a 10k than I can at parkrun.... yesterday was slugish doing 19:27, ok most of that on grass, but todays race had 3 small inclines on... plus I did a negative split, always good for the mind....

Dustin - was that the Vets League? (If so I wanted to run in that for 2nd clain club (WADAC) - will have to wait for the next one.

Also not done much coaching (except myself) as been busy with work and cannot make the 6pm start time with club, but it looks like I may finally win my battle to push the times back

What - 10.25m
Why - 2 ex club mates wanted a run, so ran to theirs then onwards.... - got very, very wet......
Last Hard - all the raain today
Last Rest - Friday

Take care
