Jnr came off the bench tonight, said he was going to the track and didnt so I offered to take him on my 5k loop to get him out... and he did... followed that up with 5 x 100m strides
Easy week as have Kent Road Runner Marathon on Sat.

Went back to see the Hand specialist yesterday following procedure, it didnt work, so booked in for full surgry on 15th Jun, so will have to take a break....

Weight is the bain of my life, need to lose more to get quicker, but my main issue is stress, when stressed I eat more.... need to learn....
double run day for me today, 8m very easy this morning (8:58mm) and then 6m progressive tonight at 7.38mm

Parkrun this morning at Andover, not the best for me, but the conditions were not great, 10/300 an attendance record at Andover, plus I was first V45 20:38.
plus 2 x 1.75m in the guise of a warm up and cool down.
Been working most the day, but have been able to watch / listen to the cricket as I did..
