I have just done a 12 mile run and felt a bit of stifness/soreness in the lower back in the last few miles. I have a reduced disc9L$ i think) and do have some issues. However it has never felt as it does now. I went to slouch (bad I know) on the sofa and the pain was really sharp I could not stay in that position, I am sat up properly as I type and it is not too bad. The sharp pain was jiust above the sacrum Any advice anyone?
Thanks everyone. Did the run today it was hard but I am sure it was a good session. YD you were right it was still VO2 max workout too. I had to do it in a lunch break so not enough time to take longer breaks and make it even more of a pure speed session.
